Throughout his career, Curt built numerous companies including Verifications, Inc., a global employment screening company that provided services to 48% of Fortune 100 companies. Curt has more than 30 years in the human capital space and led companies to receive numerous recognitions.

First and foremost, thank you for your trust and support of Click Boarding. It has been my honor to serve as Click’s CEO over the past seven years.

It is with great pleasure that I announce my strategic transition to Click’s Chairman of the Board. In my place, I have appointed Michael Ehrle as acting Chief Executive Officer of Click Boarding. As a seasoned leader in the industry with vast experience in HR tech, I knew Mike was the perfect fit for this role.

Given the trends in HR tech and the market outlook at large, I am thrilled with the potential of the Click Boarding product. Now more than ever, I believe the market needs Click’s modern, compliant HR Solution. And I’m confident that Mike can evolve Click Boarding into the future.
