Background

Stephanie has a proven track record leading collaborative teams that exceed expectations on the delivery of revenue and expense management targets.  In her role as COO, she leads our efforts to retain and expand our current customer base.  Additionally, she is formalizing and optimizing our operational model for more effective operations as we accelerate our growth.

Stephanie has worked as an operations leader for over 25 years in retail and service organizations ranging from privately held start-ups, to several mid-sized private-equity backed global organizations, to multiple publicly traded Fortune-ranked companies, most recently as the VP of Customer Success & Direct Sales at Aaron’s. She is not only adaptable but often the go-to change leader during transformation efforts.

She is passionate about building and improving foundational processes. With Lean/Six Sigma tools in her toolbelt, she leads teams that employ strategic thinking to analyze, problem-solve, and cross-functionally unite the people, resources, and effort to create value for the customer.

Stephanie’s experience includes direct responsibility for managing B2B customer accounts in the print, fulfillment, and software solutions space as well as building and leading customer experience and service management functions where they did not previously exist.  Her mantra is when our customers succeed, we succeed.

Stephanie graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering and is a proud Ramblin’ Wreck!  When not at home in Marietta, Georgia with her husband, daughter, and sweet rescue dog, Peanut, you’ll find her traveling or supporting her favorite volunteer causes.
