Chad Wormsbecker has been Click Boarding’s acting Chief Operations Officer since the company’s inception in 2014. As a well-rounded leader, Chad oversees many functions of the business including HR, Accounting & Finance, Operations, Information Security and Client Success. His primary focus is leveraging his 15+ years in the human capital industry to provide continual improvement to Click’s overall software and service delivery solutions.

Given his passion in employee engagement, Chad believes the recruiting process never ends for a candidate nor does a company get a second chance to make a first impression. A great onboarding solution is more than a software application providing a website to simply manage forms, Form I-9/E-Verify and workflows. Our comprehensive solution is focused on the new hire experience by not only leveraging cutting-edge cloud technology, but also embracing regulatory compliance while providing a Candidate Care services team as an extension of your company.

A trained CPA, Chad holds a BSBA and MPA degree from The University of South Dakota. Before he joined Click as one of the original employees, he held executive positions at the likes of First Advantage and Verifications, Inc. Today, Chad resides in Minnesota with his wife and two children.
