Background
Adam Wachtel serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Click Boarding and is responsible for overseeing global engineering efforts and developing strategies to capture, retain and analyze digital assets increasing employee engagement and retention for customers. He was brought onto the team to accelerate technology and enhance the Click platform amidst the Digital Transformation at large.
Adam is a technology leader and architect. He has extensive experience leading the design and development of cloud-based and mobile platforms, as well as services for the health insurance space. He enjoys managing passionate, high-performing teams that innovate to bring technology forward.
Adam brings expertise from his successful track record of technology leadership roles within ContinuousHealth, Hodges-Mace, LLC and Alight Solutions. Some of Adam’s prior projects include the development of several public and private exchange platforms, ACA compliance, benefit administration and decision support platforms using economic modeling and actuarial data analysis.
