About the Position:

It will be the mission of the SVP of Product to bring the next evolution of Click Boarding to all of our clients. This key member of the leadership team will focus on the current experience of an employee entering, changing departments or leaving a company, to understand their needs. As important, if not more so, is to understand how that same employee will feel closer to their employer…after joining or perhaps leaving a company, with Click Boarding’s unique innovations and roadmap for growth.


  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and deep focus for improving the employee’s experience, both before, during and after their employment
  • Gains a thorough understanding of customer needs and uses that knowledge to help deliver enterprise products that provide end users with an unparalleled experience
  • Translates business goals and end user needs into product strategy
  • Communicates direction and product priorities to the development team, other matrixed teams and third-party partners
  • Identifies goals, metrics and analytics to determine product value
  • Provide leadership in building an appropriate roadmap
  • Serve as the voice of the user in conversations with design, tech and business partners
  • Drive discussions with customers, users and developers on execution of product intent
  • Maintain a comprehensive backlog
  • Identify, prioritize and execute against both the backlog and roadmap using a data driven approach
  • Operate effectively and independently in an uncertain environment
  • Motivate and inspire colleagues without direct authority


  • Prior experience as a Product Management working directly with development teams
  • Understanding of accessibility requirements and audits
  • A history of successful management of cross-functional projects
  • Experience writing user stories, doing user research, decomposing technical projects
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
