What You’ll Do  

The Solutions Consultant will work with the Direct Sales and Strategic Partnership teams. In this role, you will help drive and innovate business solutions and digital transformations and consult with customers and prospects to understand their business needs and pain points. Solutions consultants qualify customer needs and identify opportunities to deliver business outcomes and develop innovative solutions in collaboration with other departments at Click.  

Your Responsibilities 

  • Present the Click Boarding solutions to new and existing partners 
  • Assist in general discovery of prospective partner integration capabilities 
  • Partner cross-functionally and pull in resources as needed (IT/Security, Integrations, Product, Sales, etc.) 
  • Assist in managing Asana partner deployment plans 
  • Assist Director of Transformation and Director of Communications in crafting partner communication, meeting agendas and project plans 
  • Actively solution with partners in pipeline or current partners 
  • Actively solution with partner and clients on HR workflows 

Technical Traits & Required Skills 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience 
  • Minimum 2 years in general or specialized HR hiring or onboarding practices 
  • Minimum 1 year experience presenting complex software solutions to C-Suite executives and HR decision makers 
  • Ability to draft professional PowerPoint Presentations 
  • Able to work in software like Visio or LucidChart to document current, desired, and recommended business practices 
  • Familiar with hiring laws and employment eligibility practices 
  • Ability to think creatively and be energized by brainstorming and creating new solutions 
  • Sense of urgency – ability to clearly articulate meeting outcomes and anticipated next steps 
  • Able to drive and inspire action from partners and colleagues 
  • Familiar with (or willingness to learn) LucidChart 
  • Fluent in Microsoft Suite 
  • Excellent presenting and communication skills 
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders 
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
