Role Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for creating external demand across the market for Click Boarding’s HR software solutions, in a pre-defined territory. Several territories are available with pre-set goals and growth and compensation targets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Represent Click Boarding’s greatly differentiated solutions across employers directly, through relationships and / or brokers
  • Execute and develop a sales plan within your territory – as if you are the ‘owner of the business’ to responsibly earn business
  • Identify client needs and strategically educate the market and individual prospects about Click Boarding’s solutions
  • Become familiar and actively use our CRM tools (HubSpot) and other technologies to help track and close business. Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline and forecast data
  • Demonstrating strong communication skills – effectively present a solid business case representing Click Boarding’s differentiators and market trends
  • Leverages knowledge of prospect’s business and industry, as well as Click Boarding’s capabilities to establish value and create new opportunities
  • Establishes and executes sales strategies that to prospects and using competitive intelligence to best leverage Click Boarding
  • Conducts negotiations on behalf of Click Boarding
  • Follows all defined processes and timelines
  • Maintain technical knowledge

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years prospecting, developing, and closing leads for new business and/or 2+ years of achieving sales objectives in the enterprise market (employee size of 2,000 or more)
  • Demonstrated ability to exceed sales objectives in B2B sales over the course of several years
  • Experience in consultative sales engagements in HR technology, ERP software or a directly related field
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with mid-level and C-suite leaders by leveraging a strong understanding of business drivers, value expectations and business case components
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively negotiate with internal and external constituents

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but if not achieved, demonstrable work success
  • Advanced Degree is preferred and/or equivalent work-related experience and success
